About

View the ocean from your bed! My family and I would absolutely love to have you as our guest. Oasis is a remodeled, beautiful upstairs beach studio. You are assigned parking in the garage directly underneath your unit. If you have a large suv it may not fit. In that case there is free street parking out front. Just watch the signs,. Walking distance to all boutiques and restaurants! Surfboard & bike rentals steps away.

Good to know

Built in the 1950’s old beach charm is still alive here with original wood rafters, flooring, and built ins. We have however completely remodeled. As many people have allergies and/or breathing issues we ask that you do not bring animals of any kind inside. Please do not smoke inside and there is absolutely no pot smoking allowed on property. We have wifi and a smart t.v. That will ask you for your passcode in order to watch Netflix etc.

Other Details to Note

Please know that this is all one room. There is a full kitchen and full bathroom. But everybody sleeps in the same room. There is a queen bed and a couch that pulls out to make a double platform. We supply extra linens.

House rules

No smoking tobacco inside the unit. No smoking pot on property. No extra guests. These units are not meant for a ton of people. Quiet hours from 10 pm till 9 am. This applies to the downstairs patio area as well. No Parties!!!! Anyone throwing a party will be evicted immediately. Sorry, no pets or animals of any kind. We have pet friendly units available. Look under Oceanfront Dog Mahal and Moondoggies Beach Retreat.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Ocean Beach is very bohemian. Once you arrive you will not need a car as everything is within walking distance. Be sure to visit the O.B People's food store, the farmer's market on Wednesday, and tide pools under the pier. There are multiple shops, restaurants and breweries nearby.

Guest access

We have free parking directly below your unit in the garage. Please note: if you have a large SUV it probably won't fit and at point you will be parking on the street. We have upgraded our wifi so that it is very fast. We use Apple T.V and have smart T.V. s which you may access with your private codes and/or subscriptions. The downstairs patio area is available to all guests on site. There is a propane grill, comfortable seating and lighting. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys available. There is also a washer and dryer on site free for you to use. Surf lessons, bike rentals and volley ball courts are right across the street.
