About

This is a pet friendly cozy and unique get away with a full bath and full kitchen. It features a sheltered outdoor area for your fur babies, but they are welcome inside as well. There is an air conditioner to cool you down during those hot summer days. There is a queen size bed and a couch that pulls out to make a double platform. You will be treated to a state of the art smart t.v. and internet, a patio to relax in and of course a beautiful beach only steps away.

Good to know

There are three buildings on spray street. Ours is the middle building with the red brick fireplace and large piece of driftwood. This unit is down the driveway near the stairs. This unit does not come with parking but there is free street parking out front.

Other Details to Note

This unit is away from the hustle and bustled and does not have a front view unit. The beach is right across the street.

Please be sure to contact Kathleen through the air bnb site. If you falsify your I.D. you will be asked to leave immediately and any money paid will not be returned. We actually care about who stays here. We do not allow parties on site. Also no pot smoking on site. Quiet time is 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. This means no loud voices, children screaming, etc. If you or your dog act badly you will be asked to leave. Please do not leave your pet alone if it barks or acts out while you are gone. Please be respectful of the property. Clean up after yourself. That means do the dishes, take out the trash, and vacuum. Your cleaning fee goes directly to our housekeeper. Also, if you are 18 years of age or younger we will not host you unless you are active duty military or accompanied by an older adult. If you are over 18 but under 22 we want to see some good air bnb reviews. If you are having any difficulties contact us immediately. If other guests are acting badly we want to know about it regardless of the what time it is. We want to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay.

There is a large shared patio with couches and lighting, and a bbq. There is a hose for washing off feet and paws. We also have lots of beach gear including camp style chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys. There are washers and dryers on site

We got to meet Kathleen during our check in, and we were even able to check in early! She was so kind, helpful and friendly! The location was awesome being across the street from the beach! We walked everywhere & had a great time! We definitely plan to come back and stay here!

Perfect location. Across the street from the beach. Right next to dog beach. Walkable location. Kathleen was a great host and very accommodating . The place was comfortable and we had everything we need. I would definitely stay here again.
